You have a lot to juggle so let's make this simple and smooth!
Here's some headshots and helpful AV information that will decrease stress and set the tone for a seamless event!
Mic: A handheld or lapel mic is perfectly fine. I bring extra batteries but it will help if you have some extras too!
Sound: Speakers in the back or the ability to turn up the volume will help when I do a relaxing exercise because things get quiet.
If things for wrong: On-site AV technician recommended but I can always swing it, so don't sweat. I got you!
Projector: I will have an HDMI cord just in case but it will help if you have one on standby too.
Presentation: I will have a powerpoint on pdf if you need me to sent it too you but I bring my laptop just in case. A clicker is perfect to change slides or someone on standby to change the slides.
Lighting: Light dimmers or someone on standby at the light switch will help during visualization exercises.
A confidence monitor and drinking water are necessary for larger audiences.
I will need permission to record the session or get a copy of the recorded session post event.
And, I'll arrive 30 minutes early to get a feeling of the room, test AV, and greet audience members coming in.
Last but not least... it's gonna be GREAT! We got this!
